1. Scope of Engagement
All professional services provided by ANBIS — including full-stack development, WordPress development, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and video editing — are governed by written project scopes agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
2. Estimates & Binding Quotations
Any pricing, budget brackets, or timelines discussed on this website or in preliminary conversations are indicative estimates. A formal, binding quotation and delivery schedule is established only upon written confirmation of technical requirements and scope.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of final agreed payments, 100% of the project deliverables, custom code, design assets, and content created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. Open-source libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective MIT, GPL, or Apache licenses.
4. Honest Service Disclaimers
In accordance with our strict ethical standards:
- SEO: We implement verified technical and on-page best practices. Because Google algorithms evolve and competitors actively change, specific search rankings and indexing timelines cannot be guaranteed by any ethical agency.
- Digital Marketing: Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and is distinct from ANBIS agency management fees. Return on ad spend depends on product market fit, audience demand, and landing conversion.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Haryana.
